Day 2 of the Master Cleanse / Lemonade Diet. ARGH, I GOT THE MEASUREMENTS WRONG TODAY AND YESTERDAY. Make sure you have the right amounts of everything for the lemonade. Doublecheck!
Hey Chris, I am doing the cleanse and I started yesterday. Watching your videos has been VERY encouraging! Thank you for posting these videos. I felt horrible yesterday (it was my first day). Alot of it was from mucus drainage. Thanks again!!!
